John possesses over 20 years of talent acquisition leadership and executive search experience. John has worked for mid to large size organizations where he’s best known for standing up executive search teams, building recruitment processes and implementing internal service level agreements. John has personally handled dozens of executive search assignments in many industries including Managed Services, Transportation, Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, Marketing and Human Resources. His career has been driven by his passion to connect C-Suite executives with best in class talent.

John is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Business Management. When he is out of the office John enjoys serving on non-profit boards geared towards providing young athletes the opportunity to excel on and off the field.

Heather Whitcomb

Heather has over 15 years of global talent acquisition experience working in sales, product management, marketing and other various commercial disciplines. Heather’s executive search background is in the consumer electronics, R&D, manufacturing and heavy equipment industries. Her career has been driven by helping organizations fill their critical customer-facing leadership roles with top talent.

Heather graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Human Resources. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running and cheering on the Tarheels.

Daniel Hepka

Dan specializes in the recruitment of engineering and operations-related positions. He possesses over 15 years of recruiting experience working in manufacturing, R&D, financial, logistics, real estate, and non-profit industries. His career has been driven by a passion to better people’s lives through the introduction of opportunities to advance their career and provide a better standard of life for their families.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg with a degree in Political Science. When he is out of the office he enjoys tabletop gaming with his family and friends and rooting for his beloved Pittsburgh Penguins.
